Accessibility Standard for Customer Service

This act came into force on January 1, 2008 and is the first accessibility standard created under the authority of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
Ministry's Bulletin on Developmental Services Transformation
The Ministry of Community and Social Services has finalized the regulation on quality assurance measures for ministry-funded application entities and service agencies. The regulatory provisions on quality assurance measures for agencies will come into effect on January 1, 2011.
